Hari tu teringin sangat nk makan cheese cake. Apalah mula ler proses pencarian resipi cheese cake. Belek punya belek koleksi buku resepi yang ada dlm simpanan, saya jumpa buku Fantastic Cheesecake Alex Goh. Di dalamnya terdapat pelbagai jenis cheesecake. Methodsnya simple da tidak membebankan dr segi costing. Ini ler hasilnya. Saya ambik satu slice je gambarnya....
Saya postkan juga resepinya jika ada yang ingin mencuba. Bagi penggemar cheesecake, mungkin boleh menikmati hasil air tangan sendiri. Lagi pun bole makan cheesecake yang fresh.....
RESEPI:

BAHAN-BAHAN:
Cake base
Digestive biscuit base
Filling
(A)
750 g Cream cheese
15 g sugar
(B)
30 g Flour
1/2 tbsp vanilla essence
1 lemon zest, grated
2 tbsp lemon juice
(C)
2 eggs
1 egg yolk
(D)
150 g sour cream (sy gunakan whipping cream/boleh juga yogurt)
METHOD:
1. Press the digestive biscuit base onto the bottom of greased 20 cm springform tin.
2. Cream (A) until smooth. Add (B) & cream untul well blended.
3. Add (C) one at time & cream until light & smooth. Add (D) and cream untul well combine.
4. Pour the cheese filing over the prepared biscuit base.
5. Bake the water at 160 c for 6-70 minute or until centre is almost set. turn oven off and remove water bath from oven. Leave cake in the oven for 1 hour with door slightly open.
6. set aside to cool.
Cover the cake. Refrigerate for 5 hours or overnight.
